Bu programı dün kuzenim için yazdım forumdakilerden farklı bi program denemek isteyenlere güzel olabilir. Programda bazı hareketleri max yaptım malum herkezin çıkarıp takılabilen ağırlıklı dumbelları yok, biraz onu düşünerekte yazdım bunu. Hareketlerin yapılışları altta link link bulunmaktadır. Programda iddialı değilim baştan söyliyim ama çokda kötü olduğunu düşünmüyorum açıkçası
