Merhaba.Şuanda 1 aylık full body yapıyorum ve 1 aydan sonra splite geçeceğim.Elimde geçmişten kalma bir split program var lakin hareketler fazla gibi.Nasıl sadeleştirebilirim.Progam da şöyle:
