Her göğüs press hareketinde 2.5 kg artırmayı hedefleyerek gittim salona fakat sadece bencte ağırlık artırabildim inc smith ve flat db press maalesef artıramadım moralim bozuldu.Uyku düzenimi gözden geçirme vakti geldi sanırım.
