i think you should post your pics to "üye resimleri" we all wonder how you look, at 240 lbs.

Right now Im about 225-230.
Very Little super supplements in the past year. Maybe you guys heard Shit hit the fan over here in the Usa about a year ago...Operation Raw Deal. It shut down a Lot of companys here and in China. Anyhow I seen some good friends Get In a lot of trouble so This past year Ive just been taking baby doses on and off.
This winter though it will be On again! Time to Grow.

I may post some pics.. Im nothing spectacular But Ive got a good bit of muscle spsmiley
