Hello.. new member Intro from Usa

I came across this Forum while running a search on google for Pictures Of Nile Sustanon. I thought I would register and introduce myself. Great looking forum you guys have here... Hard for me me to understand most of it But some of the stuff that is converted to english I can understand.

Im a Long time member of the bodybuilding community. Im a moderator
on some of the Best boards over here for the last 8-9 years.
professionalmuscle.com Ugbodybuilding.com and Many others.
Im 31 yrs old, appx 235 lbs and started getting serious about Bodybuilding around 21-22yrs old.

Anyhow... Not sure if anyone will even read or understand this But thought Id give it a shot. Great to meet you Guys (and Gals) and I look forward to being a guest onyour forum.

Thats Mighty Kind of you. I appreciate the welcome you have given me! Also the time and offer to help. Ill try not to get in the way weightlifter Or take up the staffs time. I think theres programs where maybe I can translate some of the posts
If I have trouble understanding.
Im deffinatley no expert But will gladly share my experiences or opinions in a respectfull manner, as well as try and learn from you guys you bet!

Lifestyle, Nightlife, Gyms, super supplements, Vacation spots or sights to see in other countries and around the world.
Ive Only been to mexico... would Love to visit Europe someday though.

Dan Duchaine (RIP) A Hardcore Oldschool guy that was also the Author of one of the Underground Newsletters Called Dirty Dieting. He also wrote some books.... A Bit crazy some would say But deffinatley Interesting.

Ive got a lot of experience on the boards...But honestly some of the guys Im friends with here are Lightyears ahead of me. Ive never even competed so I hate to "claim" Im a bodybuilder when some of the guys I know here are Pros,National level and state winners. They would read me saying Im a "bodybuilder" and call me a poser, bahahaha :)
Im Just getting to be an old guy thats never stepped on stage and probably never will. I Just Love to Train,Lift,Eat and supplement Like a bodybuilder Over the past decade. Im Just a Little Guy that started at 150 Lbs when I was 21
and even still Today at 31 and 230+ Always trying to Stay consistent and Gain a Little More ya know :) Chasing that size and strenght!!
Ive been lucky enough to be around some of the very best Guys...so Ive Learned a few things Over the years But deffinatley still learn more each year.
